Motherhood is one of the biggest transitions of your life.
Going from who you were before, to becoming a mother, changes everything. And yet… society often expects us to just carry on. As if nothing really happened.
Work like you don’t have kids. Raise kids like you don’t work.
Mothers are expected to do so much, often on their own.
I believe that connection is what makes motherhood softer, easier, and more joyful. Whether it’s leaning into your own network, or building a new one – support makes a huge difference.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I felt just how lonely motherhood can be. We had just moved to a new city. It was lockdown. I didn’t know anyone.
I tried pregnancy classes, yoga, fitness… but making real connections online was hard. And after my baby was born, I was too exhausted to invest in new relationships.
I was the first in my circle to become a mom. My friends cared, but they didn’t really get it.
That experience – along with my background in pregnancy & mental health research – inspired me to create spaces where mothers feel seen, held, and truly supported.
So you don’t have to do it all alone.
So you can land a little softer into motherhood.

About Tessa
My work is grounded in my own journey through motherhood and my background as a scientist in perinatal mental health and a perinatal counselor. The insights I’ve gained—both from lived experience and from years of study—are what I now pass on to other mothers.
Through my group programs, online courses, and one-on-one sessions, I help create a soft and supported landing into motherhood. A place where you feel truly seen, heard, and held.
My approach is a blend of holding space—allowing emotions to be there without judgment—sharing knowledge, and offering concrete tools and practices you can immediately apply in your day-to-day life.
What you see is what you get with me. I don’t pretend to have it all together—I have my own doubts and insecurities as a mother, too. But I believe that when we dare to be vulnerable, we invite others to do the same. And that’s where true connection begins.
